These Submission Terms & Conditions were last modified on June 01, 2013.
By selecting “I Agree” you confirm that you have read and agree with the following Submission Terms & Conditions.
1.
The originality of your work, confirming that is not containing any copyright material, logos or trademarks belong to a third party. Tokotoukan has the right to decline any design that might use copyrighted materials and it comes to our attention. Designs violating copyright issues that being noticed after production, will be removed instantly from the site without any notice. Designer will not receive possible profits and Tokotoukan has the right to turn against Designer legally in case third companies or individual turn against Tokotoukan asking even a compensation from the Designer.

Design is not submitted to another site before or meanwhile. In case design has been printed in the past, please contact us to provide us analytically the necessary details. Submitted designs are not allowed to be submitted elsewhere within 30 days from the submission date.
3.
Submitted designs that will be chosen by Tokotoukan for printing must not be on sale anywhere else, including personal sale galleries or third parties. Tokotoukan requires full reserve of the rights for production & sale, for every new printed design and its elements after 01/06/2013.

Tokotoukan owns the rights of the printed designs at least for 6 months after the first release of the design in our site. Any possible end of co operation between Designer and Tokotoukan can be arranged only after the time period of 6 months.
5.
Tokotoukan has the right to modify or/and change the original design for technical or promotional reasons.

Tokotoukan has the final decision to choose the variety of products each design should be printed.
7.
Designer will have a profit of 7% from each online sale* and €20 Gift Card coupon in case the design is chosen to be sold in Tokotoukan Retail Stores. The maximum quantity for Retail Store printing is 12 items per design and Tokotoukan will contact the design via email in this case. Online sales may be tracked at any time by designers through our real time platform.
*Some Design Contests might have additional prizes which will be announced with every new Competition.
8.
Tokotoukan will pay every Designer within the first 10 days of each month via PayPal and only for the orders that have been "Send and Received". Ongoing orders will be paid in the future only when will be received by client. Tokotoukan is not responsible for PayPal commission or the payment of any tax that might arise.
9.
Tokotoukan has the right to decline any submitted design at any time.
10.
Collaborating Artists has to share the profits by using either a friendly agreement or contract between them. Tokotoukan new feature will be available in the near future, for the exact split of the profits between 2 Artists.
